Supported by our mature, stable design and production system and more than 70 years of experience manufacturing medium and large high-voltage AC motors, the motors are fabricated with premium raw materials and standardized processing techniques. They feature high efficiency, low noise, low vibration, excellent operational reliability, as well as convenient installation and maintenance.
This series primarily drives general industrial machinery including fans, pumps, compressors, crushers, chip removing machines and conveying equipment. It serves petroleum, chemical, coal, power plant, metallurgical, transportation, textile, pharmaceutical and grain processing sectors.
II. Advantages & Characteristics
By digesting advanced domestic and international technologies, we adopt field-circuit coupled electromagnetic design for the YKK series. This greatly boosts electromagnetic calculation accuracy and delivers precise maximum torque multiple values, fully securing the motors’ reliable overload capacity.
Finite Element Method (FEM) mechanical analysis is applied throughout structural design and repeatedly validated through field operation data. Accurate boundary conditions are set for mechanical models to optimize material utilization and suppress motor vibration and noise. FEM analysis fits all cooling configurations and realizes high-precision, visualized air flow distribution simulation. It elevates the accuracy of temperature rise prediction during design, cuts ventilation losses and further lifts overall motor efficiency.
