All technical indicators including power ratings, electrical performance, mounting dimensions and dimensional tolerances fully comply with IEC34-1 Rotating Electrical Machines – Rating and Performance standards, meeting universal criteria for machinery and mining equipment worldwide.
Five enclosure protection grades are available for this motor range: IP23, IP44, IP54, IP55 and IP56, all designed in line with IEC34-5 Enclosure Protection Class for Rotating Electrical Machines.
The base IP23 model can be modified into IP44 (duct ventilation version) or IPW24 (climate-proof variant). Customized motors with alternative protection ratings can also be provided upon clients’ special requests.
For cooling systems, IC01, IC81W and IC611 solutions are compliant with IEC34-6 Cooling Methods for Rotating Electrical Machines. Custom cooling configurations are offered if customers require other cooling types.
To specify the standard cooling setup for each sub-series: the base YX series comes with IC01 cooling, YXKS series matches IC81W, and YXKK series adopts IC611. All three sub-lines support upgrades to IP54, IP55 or IP56 protection levels.
This motor series applies the IMB3 mounting structure (horizontal foot-mounted), which satisfies all requirements defined in IEC34-7 Rotating Electrical Machines – Types of Construction and Mounting Arrangements.
