1. Product Overview

The YX series high-voltage three-phase induction motor is a flagship product developed by our company, backed by over 30 years of industry expertise. Through continuous advancements in insulation materials, the use of low-loss silicon steel sheets, and refined manufacturing processes, we have significantly optimized the motor's design. These improvements effectively reduce various energy losses by approximately 20%, resulting in superior motor efficiency.

Manufactured with premium materials and rigorous craftsmanship, this series offers high efficiency, energy savings, low vibration, and reliable operation. It is also designed for easy installation and maintenance. Key technical parameters—including power ratings, electrical performance, mounting dimensions, and tolerances—comply with the IEC 34-1 "Rotating Electric Motor Rating and Performance" standard and other relevant machinery industry standards.

The enclosure protection levels for this series include five types: IP23, IP44, IP54, IP55, and IP56, adhering to the IEC34-5 standard for rotating electrical machines. Specifically, the IP23 motor can be modified to IP44 (pipeline ventilation) or IPW24 (climate protection type) upon request. For higher protection requirements, we can also provide customized solutions.

Cooling methods for this series include IC01, IC81W, and IC611, in accordance with IEC34-6 standards. Alternative cooling methods are available if needed. Regarding protection classes, the YX series motors (IC01) typically feature IP23 protection, while YXKS series (IC81W) and YXKK series (IC611) come with IP44 as standard, though they can be upgraded to IP54, IP55, or IP56. Structurally, these motors follow the IMB3 installation method (horizontal with footings), compliant with IEC 34-7 specifications.
