Product Description
YPKK series high voltage three-phase asynchronous motors (frame size H355-1120) feature rational construction and advanced technology. These motors deliver outstanding benefits including high efficiency, energy conservation, low noise, low vibration, stable operation, simple installation and convenient maintenance.
The power rating, mounting dimensions and electrical performance comply with GB755-2000 Rotating Electrical Machines — Ratings and Performance, relevant IEC standards and JB/T10314.2-2002 national industry standard.
This motor is designed for operating conditions: altitude ≤1000m, ambient temperature ≤40°C, and environments free from heavy dust, corrosive or explosive gas. Custom versions for hot-humid zones and highland regions are available upon customer request.
The motor adopts box-type construction. Its frame is fabricated with welded steel plates, featuring lightweight and high rigidity. A closed air-to-air cooler is mounted on the motor top, easy to disassemble and assemble for convenient inspection and servicing.
The stator uses external press-fit structure. Stator windings adopt Class F insulation. Winding ends are firmly secured and bound. During production, windings pass multiple inter-turn impulse voltage tests and earth withstand voltage tests. They are processed by advanced German Vacuum Pressure Impregnation (VPI) solvent-free varnish technology and equipment. This ensures excellent and stable insulation performance, superior mechanical strength and strong moisture resistance.
The squirrel cage rotor uses copper bar design, fabricated via mature and reliable welding techniques. Finished rotors undergo dynamic balance testing to guarantee smooth and dependable motor operation.
Two bearing configurations (rolling bearing and sliding bearing) are optional, selected according to motor power and rotating speed.
This motor supports variable frequency speed regulation with speed range of 5~50Hz. Standard rated voltage options are 6kV and 10kV, with protection grades IP44 / IP54 / IP55. We can also customize motors with alternative voltage, frequency and protection grades as required.
