The Y (A4) and YKK (DAZO) high-voltage three-phase asynchronous motors cover frame sizes 355 mm to 1120 mm. We developed this product line by absorbing and optimizing advanced domestic and overseas technologies. Modern electromagnetic field simulation technology is adopted for precise electromagnetic calculation, enabling refined optimization of all power losses, wind resistance and component structural strength. Supported by our mature, validated design and manufacturing system plus over 70 years of experience producing medium and large high-voltage AC motors, these motors are built with premium raw materials and sophisticated machining techniques. Integrating worldwide advanced technologies, Changli applies a combined field-circuit electromagnetic design for this motor series. It greatly improves electromagnetic calculation accuracy and delivers precise breakdown torque values, effectively securing the motor’s overload capacity. Finite Element Method (FEM) structural analysis, continuously verified through field operation, allows accurate boundary condition setup for mechanical models. This optimizes material utilization accuracy while suppressing motor vibration and noise.

FEM analysis adapts to all cooling configurations, providing highly accurate and visualized airflow distribution data. It elevates precision of temperature rise calculation during design, cuts ventilation loss and further boosts motor efficiency.

Benefiting from advanced electromagnetic design and optimized structural simulation, these IEC standard medium voltage motors feature high efficiency, low vibration and stable running performance. All units are constructed with premium materials: pure copper stator windings, robust steel shafts and trustworthy bearings from SKF, FAG or equivalent brands.

Warranty Terms
