I. Product Overview

The Y and YKK series high-voltage three-phase asynchronous motors (frame sizes 355–1120mm) represent the pinnacle of our manufacturing capabilities. Developed by integrating advanced domestic and international technologies, these motors utilize modern field analysis for precise electromagnetic calculations. This ensures optimal design regarding loss reduction, wind resistance, and component strength.

Backed by over 70 years of experience in producing medium and large high-voltage AC motors, this series is built with high-quality materials and scientific processing techniques. The result is a motor that offers high efficiency, low noise, low vibration, high reliability, and ease of maintenance.

II. Advantages and Technical Features

  1. Advanced Electromagnetic Design:We employ a "field and circuit" combination method for electromagnetic design, significantly improving calculation accuracy. This ensures accurate maximum torque multiples and guarantees effective overload capacity. Additionally, we use FEM (Finite Element Method) for structural design to verify boundary conditions, control vibration and noise levels, and optimize material usage. This analysis extends to various cooling methods, ensuring intuitive air volume distribution and improved temperature rise calculations, ultimately reducing ventilation losses and boosting efficiency.
  2. Robust Box Structure:The motor adopts a robust box structure. The base is fabricated from steel plates welded into a box shape, offering a lightweight yet rigid foundation. The top of the motor is equipped with a protective top cover or cooler, facilitating efficient heat dissipation while simplifying installation and maintenance.
  3. High-Quality Stator & Insulation: Core: The stator utilizes an external press-fit structure. Both stator and rotor punching sheets are made from low-loss non-oriented cold-rolled silicon steel sheets. Winding: The stator winding is constructed using Class F insulation material, providing strong insulation voltage resistance and anti-corona capabilities. Treatment: Winding ends are reliably fixed and treated with Vacuum Pressure Impregnation (VPI) solvent-free paint. This ensures excellent insulation performance, high mechanical strength, superior moisture resistance, and an extended service life.
  4. Reliable Bearing System:Depending on the specific power and speed requirements, the motors are equipped with either rolling bearings or sliding bearings. Protection levels range from IP00 to IP55. Rolling bearings are fitted with a non-stop oil filling and draining device, allowing for easy maintenance without shutting down the machine in certain configurations.
  5. Flexible Junction Box Configuration:The main junction box is typically located on the right side of the motor (viewed from the Drive End), but can be positioned on the left side upon request. It includes separate grounding terminals both inside and outside the box for enhanced safety.
  6. Optional Monitoring Systems:To ensure safe and reliable operation, temperature measuring devices can be installed on critical components such as the stator winding and bearings. This facilitates on-site observation and enables integration with remote monitoring systems.
